Child/Senior Policy: Any child under 24 months of age is welcome as a lap child at no charge. Children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat.
Height/Weight Policy: For each guest weighing more than 275 lbs, an adjacent empty seat is required to safely balance the aircraft. On the day of your Tour; Vendor will charge a reduced rate for the adjacent seat, which is 50% off the tour price. ALL PASSENGERS WILL BE WEIGHED PRIOR TO BOARDING.
Lunch Meal Includes: Chicken or BBQ ribs with your choice of two side dishes (corn on the cob, baked potato, cole slaw) cornbread and a cookie. Vegetarian meals available.

Air Tour Company is not responsible for changes, delays or rescheduling caused by inclement weather, mechanical delays or delays caused by independent tour contractors not within our control.

Tips
Spring / Summer:

In warm weather, dress light, wear comfortable closed-toe shoes, hat and sun block are recommended.

Fall / Winter:

In cool weather, take extra care to wear layered clothing, Long pants, comfortable closed-toe shoes, hat and sun block are recommended. Sandals or flip flops are not recommended.

Pricing and Payment Details
Are there any hidden fees? All prices are ALL-INCLUSIVE. There are NO Hidden Fees or Surcharges after booking. There may be a weight-related fee for certain tours.

When is payment due? Most tours require a full pre-payment by major credit card at time of booking. Some tours will only require a deposit at time of booking. On tours that only charge a deposit you will be responsible to make the remaining balance payment to the tour operator on the day of your tour.
Will we receive a receipt or voucher? You will receive a receipt at time of booking and an E-Ticket Tour Voucher within 48 hours. Print your E-Ticket and present it on the day of your tour.
Tour changes / cancellation policy A 48-hour notice prior to tour date is required to change or cancel a reservation. We will gladly reschedule any tour free of charge. Cancellations will be refunded in full minus a $35.00 USD per person processing fee.

Changes, Cancellations or No-shows within 48 hours will be charge full tour price.

This tour begins with a scenic flight (Approximately 35-minute) above the colorful Mojave Desert as we head to The Grand Canyon, one of the Seven Wonders of the Natural World. Touchdown at the West Rim of The Grand Canyon at the Hualapai Indian Nation Airport. Here a tour bus awaits your arrival complete with a native Huapalai Indian tour guide to begin a 4-mile narrated journey of history and fascinating points of interest surrounding the West Rim of the Canyon. Catch your breath as you stop at Guano Point to enjoy an authentic Indian style BBQ lunch on the edge of the canyon. Hike the vista or pose for a picture. It’s all here for the taking!

Then its off to Eagle Point to experience a once-in-a-life-time event; walking along the world famous glass bottom Skywalk that juts 70 feet out, and 4,000 feet above the Colorado River at the base of The Grand Canyon.
