Child/Senior Policy: All child rates apply to guests ages 2-11. Any child under 2 years of age is welcome as a lap child at no charge.
Height/Weight Policy: For each guest weighing more than 275 lbs, an adjacent empty seat is required to safely balance the aircraft. On the day of your Tour; Vendor will charge a reduced rate for the adjacent seat, which is 50% off the tour price. ALL PASSENGERS WILL BE WEIGHED PRIOR TO BOARDING.
Lunch Meal Includes: Chicken or BBQ ribs with your choice of two side dishes (corn on the cob, baked potato, cole slaw) cornbread and a cookie. Vegetarian meals available.

Other Information: FAA certified Part 135 Air Carrier. Air Tour Company reserves the right for any reason to alter or deviate from the advertised flight. Tour itineraries and departure times are estimates as all flights are on demand and subject to Part 135 FAA regulations. Air Tour Company is not responsible for changes, delays or rescheduling caused by inclement weather, mechanical delays or delays caused by independent tour contractors not within our control.

Tips
Spring / Summer:

In warm weather, dress light, wear comfortable closed-toe shoes, hat and sun block are recommended.

Fall / Winter:

In cool weather, take extra care to wear layered clothing, Long pants, comfortable closed-toe shoes, hat and sun block are recommended. Sandals or flip flops are not recommended.

Pricing and Payment Details
Are there any hidden fees? All prices are ALL-INCLUSIVE. There are NO Hidden Fees or Surcharges after booking. There may be a weight-related fee for certain tours.

When is payment due? Most tours require a full pre-payment by major credit card at time of booking. Some tours will only require a deposit at time of booking. On tours that only charge a deposit you will be responsible to make the remaining balance payment to the tour operator on the day of your tour.
Will we receive a receipt or voucher? You will receive a receipt at time of booking and an E-Ticket Tour Voucher within 48 hours. Print your E-Ticket and present it on the day of your tour.
Tour changes / cancellation policy A 48-hour notice prior to tour date is required to change or cancel a reservation. We will gladly reschedule any tour free of charge. Cancellations will be refunded in full minus a $35.00 USD per person processing fee.

Changes, Cancellations or No-shows within 48 hours will be charge full tour price.

Your adventure begins with a short 35 minute flight to the Grand Canyon were you will witness majestic aerial views of the great Historical Landmarks of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Boulder City and the Mojave Desert.

Upon your arrival at Grand Canyon West (home of the Hualapai Indian Reservation), you’ll descend 4000ft to the base of the Canyon on the banks of the Colorado River. Here you’ll board an awaiting pontoon riverboat for a peaceful 20 minute ride along the Colorado River. Become one with nature, as you are surrounded by the mighty walls of the Grand Canyon.

Next you’ll ascend back to the rim of the canyon for an informative sightseeing bus tour (4-mile scenic loop tour) narrated by a native Hualapai Indian Guide. Your fist stop will be Eagle Point home of the world famous Skywalk. Feel the adrenaline rush as you walk along the glass bottom bridge that protrudes 70 feet out and 4,000 feet above the Colorado River. Then it’s off to Guano Point just in time for an authentic Indian BBQ style lunch surrounded by the picturesque vistas of one the Seven Wonders of the Natural World. WOW! WHAT A FUN-FILLED DAY!
